中文摘要 | 本研究使用甲酸為溶劑將幾丁聚醣(chitosan)與聚己內醯胺(polycaprolactam,PA6),溶解製成摻合體薄膜。這兩種成份由於結構上具有著強極性基團(胺基,醇基),因此由紅外線光譜(FT-IR)顯示出兩組份間存在著氫鍵結。在本文中以動態機械性質分析(dynamic mechanical analysis,DMA)探討水分子對摻合體分子鏈界面間所形成的氫鍵與模數、分子運動與相容性上的相互依存性。由DMA的結果顯示,濕樣品在0℃附近由於水分子潰散而造成儲存模數(storage modulus,E')明顯的下降,同時損耗正切(tanδ)也會出現βd損耗峰(loss peak)。當水分子再度進入樣品中並形架橋效應後,使得儲存模數呈現異常的增加。當樣品乾燥後且於乾燥環境下進行DMA測試,結果顯示其儲存模數呈現異常的增加。當樣品乾燥後且於乾燥環境下進行DMA測試,結果顯示其儲存模數呈現緩和下降趨勢,且無βd損耗峰出現,證實異常的模數增加的原因是由於水份存在的效應所造成。同時也求得在本實驗的聚己內醯胺與幾丁聚醣摻合體之最佳相容性的摻混比例為40:60。 |
英文摘要 | This investigation used formic acid as the solvent to dissolve and blend chitosan with polycaprolactam (PA6) into a membrane. Owing to the existence of extremely strong polarity groups (amide group, alcohol group) in the structure of the two compositions (chitosan and polyamide), the Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) results demonstrated that between each other, hydrogen bonds exist between two compositions. This investigation used the results of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) of discuss the effects of humidity on the correlation of the hydrogen-bond, the modulus, the molecular motion and the miscibility within molecular chain inter faces of the blend. The DMA results also showed that the dissipation of humidity in the wet sample significantly decreased the storage modulus (E'), while mechanical loss tangent (tanδ) represents the βd loss peak around 0℃. Moreover, humidity penetrated into the sample again and caused cross-linking structure effects (physical), causing the storage modulus (E') to increase abnormally. The DMA results of dried samples under the dried condition demonstrate that the E' decreasing smoothly and no βd loss peak appeared. This investigation also improve that the abnormal increase of the modulus as being due to humidity. Finally, the optimum PA6 and chitosan miscibility under the conditions of this experiment were obtained at a blending ratio of 40:60. |
