中文摘要 | 從水衡概念分析探討高雄地區水資源的時空分配,供需開發等情形,得下列幾個 重點: 1.臺灣河川的總逕流量尚屬爭議性,因為「實際蒸發散量」並未確定。 2.降水量要成為水資源,必須依賴水系匯集較大範圍的逕流之後,才能做地面水開發,也要 有透水性良好的地層才能做出水量較大的地下開發,而高雄地區境內水資源開發條件均不 佳。 3.高雄地區乾季長達半年,無大型水庫調節水資源,就不足以供應生活用水和產業用水。 4.高雄地區水資源開發太少,致使自來水中碳酸氫鈣(Ca(HCO�陛^�砥^和餘氯(CI�砥^含 量高,為居民購買飲用水的主用。 5.供應高雄地區的水資源開發,地面水以鄰近的高屏溪流域最有可能:地下水開發也只有到 屏東平原才有可能。 |
英文摘要 | On the basis of water balance, a study of Kaohsiuna Area in water resources focusing on the temporaland spatial, demand, supply and development, leads to the following results: 1.The total runoff of river in Taiwan is still controversial due to actual evapotrans piration is uncertainty. 2.The development of surface water reguires a collection of precipitation in a larger area, as well as a permeable stratum with better well yield. Kaohsiung Area is unable to provide these demands. 3.The dry season of Kaohsiung Area extends up to half a year, which leads to the lack of a larger reservoir for regulation, and results in the shortage of uater supply for domestic and properties use. 4.The under dewelopment of the water resources in Kaohsiung Area leads to the high condensation of Ca(HCO�陛^�畝nd Cl�疳n public water supply, sopeople buy drinking water for living. 5.To compensate the underdeveloped water resources in Kaohsiung Area, a development in neighboring Kaoping River Basin for surface water and in Pingtung Plain for groundwater is workable. |
