中文摘要 | 隨著電腦科技的快速進步,電腦模擬計算軟體也更為人們所接受,而近十幾年來,模擬軟體也被引入作為協助改善鑄件澆鑄與凝固的過程,以便獲得高品質的鑄件。因此,本文除了介紹一些針對鑄造製程所發展出的鑄造專用電腦輔助工程(Computer Aided Engineering, CAE)分析軟體外,也將介紹利用模擬軟體去獲得鑄造缺陷的成因,更進一步,利用模擬軟體預先獲知鑄造過程中應注意的一些事項,減少試模次數,以便降低開發時間與成本,提昇競爭力,擺脫傳統鑄造廠的形象,並進而邁向鑄造科技化的康莊大道。 |
英文摘要 | Along with the rapid progress of computer science and technology, the simulation software becomes more acceptable to technical personnel. For the past ten years, the simulation software is introduced to assist the foundry men in gaining the high quality casting as a result of the improvement during pouring and solidification process. Therefore this paper introduces a few CAE software for casting and how to use the modeling software to locate the causes of casting defect. Furthermore the software can reduce the trial times, development time and cost. As a consequence the foundry competitiveness will be upgraded and the foundry shops will forge ahead 21 century with the assistance of modern technology. |
