中文摘要 | 本研究探討白水內循環的處理法,利用留存助劑加入生產瓦楞芯紙紙廠與文化紙廠白水。先以Britt動力濾水試驗建立不同剪力條件下之第一次通過留存率;再收集手抄紙濾水評估其水質變化,手抄紙的性質也予測定。結果顯示留存助劑對第一次通過留存率也助益,在高剪力下尤為顯著。但白水水質參數則未見顯著改變;手抄紙性質亦然,部份甚至有不利影響。工業紙廠白水具高溶解固體負荷,使手抄紙濾水緩滯;或亦使留存助劑難顯功效。文化紙廠的白水則具較低溶解固體量,其試驗顯示留存助劑對第一次通過留存率有效,但添加皂土與聚合物助劑的雙劑系統反有留存不良現象。進一步以動力成型抄紙機進行試驗相對於靜態濾水應更能釐清所涉及濕端化學的端倪。 |
英文摘要 | As a measure of internal white water treatment, retention aid chemicals were added to respective white waters collected from an OCC mill and a wood-free paper mill. Corrugating medium and wood-free pulps from these mills were then tested using the white waters in a Britt jar and a handsheet mold. The white water collected from the drain of the handsheet mold and the handsheet properties were separately evaluated. The results indicated that retention chemicals were useful in the first-pass retention, particularly under higher shear force conditions. There were no notable improvements in white water quality parameters, however, and handsheet properties showed no apparent improvement. Some even had lower strengths. The OCC white water used in the study had a COD of 5650 mg/L and an SS of 330 mg/L. The particulate-laden white water drained slowly in the sheet mold, and the retention aid chemicals had little room for performance enhancement. White water from the wood-free paper mill, on the other hand, had similar SS but much lower COD values. The retention effects of cationic polymers or bentonite on the fine paper were noted, but dual addition of both led to poorer retention. Further study based on dynamic sheet formation could shed more light on the intricacies of the wet-end chemistry involved. |
