中文摘要 | 本文旨在針對目前教育環境的變遷,闡述在此環境衝擊下對高等技職教育(專科、技術學院與科技大學)所產生之轉機與危機,並提出掌握轉機與化解危機之因應之道。透過教育環境分析,將高等技職教育影響較劇之因素,歸納成社會性、政策性與產業性三大類13項環境因素;此些環境因素對高等技職教育之衝擊,亦可歸類成技職生來源減少、高等技職教育競爭加據與對高等技職教育水準要提高之三類經營危機。文中並針對此三類高等技職教育經營危機提出因應之道,期能化危機為轉機,強化高等技職教育之競爭力,以開創高等技職教育的新里程。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to identify the crises and turning points of Higher Vocational Education (including junior colleges, technology institutes, and technology universities) influenced by the change of contemporary educational environments, and seek out ways of mastering the turning points as well removing the crises. Through the analysis of Higher Vocational Education (HVE) environments, 13 environmental factors that most impacted HVE were identified to fall into three categories: society-, policy-, and enterprise-tied factors. Substantially, reducing the prospective number of vocational students, increasing the competition for Higher Vocational Education, and demanding high quality of HVE became three major management crises of HVE. In this study, the author also proposes coping strategies for the management crises in the hop of reversing the crises to favorable opportunities, strengthening the competitive ability of HVE, and finally creating a new objective for HVE. |
