中文摘要 | 廠商之間的商業關係進入到結束階段的時候,往往面臨到究竟要採取「自我導向」或是「他人導向」關係結束策略的兩難之中。本研究從商業網絡特質的觀點出發,認為廠商的關係結束策略選擇傾向,與其本身於所處商業網絡中的網絡地位、網絡本身的規模大小、與廠商的相對權力大小有關。當網絡規模較小或廠商相對權力較小時,廠商網絡地位越高,會越傾向於採用「他人導向」的結束策略;相反地,網絡規模較大或廠商相對權力較大時,廠商地位越高,會越傾向於採用「自我導向」的結束策略。因此,廠商網絡地位在相對權力與網絡規模的干擾之下,成了具有雙重性的重要因素。本研究亦提供理論與管理的意涵。 |
英文摘要 | At the dissolution stage of business relationships, firms often face a strategy dilemma - should the firm adopt self-oriented or other-oriented exit strategy? Present research tries to answer this tangled question by focusing on the characteristic of relationship network. The authors suggest that, while the firm is located in a small-scaled network / low relative power, its network position will positively correlate with its intention to choose other-oriented strategy. On the contrary, Firm's network position will positively correlate with its intention to choose self-oriented strategy while the firm is located in a large-scaled network or is with high relative power. Thus, depending on the network scale and relative power, a firm's network position has different effects on its exist strategy choice. This article also supplies theoretical and managerial implications. |
