中文摘要 | 為有效處理揮發性有機廢棄物,在本研究中開發出一種新型式的微波電漿火炬反應器,並設計將其導波管及電漿產生區分離,以產生穩定化的微波電漿火炬。研究中並探討此反應器對於揮發性有機物質的破壞效率,使用乙醇當作模式氣體、氧氣或空氣當作攜流氣體,藉由操作參數(包括:供給能量大小、乙醇的進料流量、攜流氣體的流量等)的調整,可得到一最經濟且有效率之處理條;即在其功率輸出為600W、電源頻率為200Hz、空氣流量為1Lpm、水氣流速為0.48 mL/min時,乙醇進料流量1730 sccm時,其分解破壞效率值可達99.3%以上。由於此新式微波電漿反應器具高處理量及高處理效率,故極適於工業上廢有機溶劑之處理應用。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a novel microwave plasma torch (MPT) reactor is implemented to efficiently treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). By using ethanol as the model gas, oxygen or air as the carrier gas, the operating variables such as supplying power, VOCs flow rates and carrier gas flow rates were investigated. Decomposition and removal efficiency (DRE) value is employed as the index for evaluating the performances of this MPT. By appropriately adjusting the variables as the following conditions: supplying power: 600W, frequency: 200 Hz, flow rate of air as the carrier gas: 1 Lpm and water addition rate: 0.48 mL/min, the treated ethanol flow rate can reach1730 sccm with a 99.3% DRE value. With high VOCs working flow rate and high DRE value, this MPT is suitable for the application of VOCs treatment in the industry. |
