中文摘要 | 本研究旨在檢驗將著重學習過程之即席式戲劇活動實施於目前大班制英語為外語之教學情境之後,其在提升口說能力的教學效果方面之可行性及穩定性。本研究的方法乃於學期英語會話課程開始之初先檢測學生的英文口說程度,然後將上述戲劇活動實施於課程中。課程結束時,再次檢驗、比較學生期初與目前的英文口說程度,以便瞭解此一戲劇活動是否確實有助於英語教學。本研究結果發現,學生的口說英文後測成績比前測成績有長足之進步。 |
英文摘要 | This study intended to explore a more process-centered version of drama activity the improvised drama activity (IDA), and to investigate the possibility and stability of applying it to current teaching methods to enhance English teaching effect in large EFL class settings in Taiwan. The study began by examining at the beginning of the conversation course learners' initial level of oral English competence, it then applied the drama activity approach to the learners during the course. At the end of the course, it examined the differences in the teaching/learning effect on learners by studying and comparing again their beginning and current level of oral English competence to see whether the drama activity is actually facilitating English teaching/learning. Results of the study' show that students have made progress in the post-test's score of oral English competence. |
