中文摘要 | 功能設計法(performance-baseddesign) 在考量各種大小地震之設計水準下,要求限制建築物之變形行為,以確保結構之安全性,並兼顧控制非結構體之財產損失,為新穎的設計觀念趨向。本文探討鋼筋混凝土構材EI值的計算方法以估算大小地震時結構非線性反應值並與前人研究之實驗結果比較。綜合考量國內工程界之應用方便,本文建議工程界以功能設計法檢核層間變位時,小震時(25年的地震再現期)構材可採用全斷面的性質計算;中震(72年的地震再現期)可採用破裂斷面柱0.7ι'梁0.5ι性質計算之,而大震及烈震時(250年以上的地震再現期)則建議採用0.5ι'梁0.25ι性質計算。 |
英文摘要 | The performance-based design method is a new con cept design method for limiting the behaviours of buildings in different levels of earthquakes. Itconsiders the safety of structures and the economic of loss during earthquakes. In this study, the values of EI of reinforced concrete members is discucced in the cases of nonlinear behaviours and the results is compared with that of experiments. For the engineers in Taiwan. We suggest that: (l)the properties of gross sectionιin small earthquakes (recurrent period 25 years), (2) 0.7Ig for columns and 0.5Ig for beamsmme dium earthquakes (recurrent period 72 yes) and (3) 0.5Ig for column and 0.25Ig for beams in strong earthquakes and (recurrent period 250 years) can be used in performance-based design. |
