中文摘要 | 本文綜覽我國師範教育發展的過程,並從省思性教學的觀點來思考及探討我國師範教育的發展。作者認為在國內採用此外來模式時必須慎重考量社會文化脈絡之因素,因此有關省思性教學的問題必須從歷史、社會及文化的角度去思考。依據這樣的考量,本文探討三個重要的相關問題:(1)省思性教學的重要性,(2)省思的內容,(3)省思的方式。針對我國師範教育的發展,作者提出一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents an overview of teacher education in Taiwan. With an attempt to rebuild teacher education paradigms in Taiwan, we propose reflective practice as a useful paradigm. It is argued that social-cultural context of society must be considered when implementing reflective practice. Some issues that deserve attention from the historical, social, and cultural perspectives are also explored. Three questions related to this concern are discussed to propose some suggestions for the implementation of reflective practice in Taiwanese teacher education. These three questions are: (1) Why is reflective practice needed in Taiwan? (2) What should we reflect? (3) How do we reflect? |
