中文摘要 | 目的:瞭解尿路結石個案之飲食調整知識程度、飲食控制行為的執行頻率,並探討知和行為的相關性及其測因子。病人與方法。採相關性研究設計,利用自擬問卷對高雄地區143位尿路結石病人進行調查。結果:飲食調整知明顯不足,飲食控制行為之頻率是「有時如此」,飲食調整知識和行為二者呈有意義的相關。教育、結石成皆和年為飲食調整知識之預測日子,此三者共可解釋23.1%的變異量,治療方式和飲食調整知是飲食控制行為之預測因子,此二墧共可解釋11.1%的變異量。結論:飲食調整知和控制行為的不足,反應尿路結石個案之飲食治療觀念仍不足,冀醫療人藉適當的結石相關衛教,讓個案了調整飲食的重要。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: To investigate among patients with urolithiasis, the level of knowledge about dietary modification, to determine the degree of controlled behavior for dietary modification, to explore the relationship between the knowledge and behavior, and to identify predictors of both knowledge and behavior. Patients and Methods: A descriptive correlational design was adopted, and tow newly developed questionnaires were used to investigate the patient’s knowledge of dietary modification and their dietary modification behavior. The study consisted of 143 patients from the Kaohsiung area of Taiwan. Results: Results have shown that the average level of knowledge about dietary modification was low and the average degree of controlled behavior for dietary modification was “sometimes happen”. In addition, the level of knowledge about dietary modification is positively associated with the controlled behavior. Predictors of knowledge include education, composition of urinary stone and age, and they account for 23.1% of the total variance of the knowledge variable. Furthermore, the types of treatment and knowledge account for 11.1% of the total variance of the behavior variable. Conclusions: The low level of knowledge and the comlpromised degree of controlled behavior on dietary modification demonstrate deficiencies in dietary modification among patients with urolithiasis. The results show a need to improve the level of knowledge and to promote the level of controlled behavior on dietary modification. Clinicians can engage in appropriate educational strategies for emphasizing the importance of dietary modification. |
