英文摘要 | Thirty school athletic representatives (mean age 19.53±1.25 y) were chosen and divided into six groups based on three types of exercise (i.e., tract and field, tennis and volleyball) and sex (i.e., male and female), each group had five athletics. Nutritional status was assessed and compared by anthropometrics measurements, such as height, weight, body mass index (BMI), triceps skin fold (TSF), waist-hip ratio (WHR), hematocrit, andtwenty-four hour dietary recall. The results showed: (1) the energy intake among six groups were significantly lower 488.0±144.5 Kcal (p<0.05) as compared to Recommended Daily Nutrient Allowances (RDNA), (2) male athletics has significantly lower vitamin A intake and female athletics had significantly lower iron intake within sex (p<0.05), (3) iron intake was significantly correlated to BMI、hematocrit and intakes of calorie、three macronutrients、calcium、phosphorus、vitamin B1、vitamin B2 and vitamin C (p<0.05); there were no significant correlation between vitamin A intake and all other factors (p>0.05), (4) there were no significant differences among three types of exercise (p>0.05)。Our data suggested: female athletics should increase total energy intake to further prevent the iron deficiency. Male athletics should increase the recognition of food choices to raise the vitamin A intake. |
