中文摘要 | 本研究以商用NM-11型(Pt/Ni/Cr)和NM-21型(Pd/Ni/Cr)觸媒,進行對低濃度(≦1,000 ppmv)1,1,1-三氯乙烷(TCEA)之焚化反應。由實驗數據顯示,TCEA之轉化率隨反應溫度之提高而增加;在473~623K之溫度範圍,TCEA之轉化率隨空間流速之增加而降低;但是在溫度低於423 K或高於673 K時,則空間流速對NM-21型觸媒氧化TCEA之影響不顯著。進流氣體中TCEA初始濃度(低於550 ppmv時)對NM-21型觸媒氧化TCEA之影響不明顯;然而,當進流氣體中TCEA初始濃度高於550 ppmv時,TCEA之轉化率則是隨著TCEA初始濃度之增加而降低。此外NM-21型觸媒在焚化過程中對TCEA之轉化率較NM-11型觸媒來得高,而反應溫度愈高兩者的差異愈顯著。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, oxidation of 1,1,1-Trichloroethane (TCEA) in concentrations less than 1,000 ppmv was carried out using either NM-11 (Pt/Ni/Cr) or NM-21 (Pt/Ni/Cr) commercial catalyst. Results revealed that the TCEA conversion is in proportion to reaction temperature. Furthermore, an increase of the space velocity resulted in a decrease of TCEA conversion when the oxidation was carried out using NM-21 catalyst at temperature in the range of 473-623 K. the space velocity, however, affected insignificantly the TCEA catalytic oxidation at reaction temperature either below 423 K or higher than 673 K. Though initial concentration of TCEA also had a minor effect on catalytic oxidation of TCEA using NM-21 catalyst, the TCEA conversion was observed decreasing with increasing the TCEA initial concentration, which is more than 550 ppmv. The activity of NM-21 ctalyst was observed higher than NM-21 was. The higher the reaction temperature conducted the great the difference of activity between these catalysts. |
