中文摘要 | 為了解臺灣產之有毒繡花脊熟若蟹(Lophozozymus pictor)之河魨毒素是否與其體內之細菌有關,因此分析其腸道細菌相,得知好氣菌數(aerobic plate count)為6.18 log (CFU/g),菌相包括Vibrio, Pseudomonas, Aeromonas, Flavobacterium等,其中以Vibrio為主要菌群,約佔總生菌數之70%,主要包括Vibrio alginolyticus和Vibrio parahaemolyticus。另外,從繡花脊熟若蟹之腸道細菌,任意挑選8種菌株加以大量培養,菌體經收集、破碎後,依河魨毒的抽取、精製法加以分離〝類似河魨毒劃分〞,再以HPLC、UV和GC-MS等方法加以鑑定,得知,V. alginolyticus、V. parahaemolyticus、Aeromonas sp.和Pseudomonas sp.等均具有顯著之河魨毒生產性。 |
英文摘要 | The tetrodotoxin (TTX)-producing bacteria was isolated from the digestive gland of Lophozozymus pictor which was collected from Keelung city and aerobic heterotrophicbacteria in the digestive gland was also assayed. The results shoed that the aerobic plate count was 6.18 log(CFU/g). The predominant genera included Vibrio, Pseudomonas, Aeromonas and Flavobacterium. However, Vibrio took more than 70% in the microflora, with Vibrio alginolyticus as the major isolate. Furthermore, HPLC, UV and GC-MS analyses demonstrated that some of bacteria isolated, such as Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus、Aeromonas sp. and Pseudomonas sp., would produce TTX or other related substances. |
