英文摘要 | Keteleeria davidiana var. formosana is naturally distributed in Ping-Lin of northern Taiwan and Da-Wu of southern Taiwan. Forty-two permanent plots of Keteleeria davidiana var. formosana were established in this survey. The surface soil (0-15cm) samples of these plots were collected and analyzed for their physical and chemical properties. One-way ANOVA on four areas shows the significant differences (p<0.05) in the free Fe, exchangeable K, Mg, N concentrations and clay contents, and highly significant differences (p<0.01) in the free A1, electric conductivity (EC), saturation percentage of soil paste (SP), percentage of H and percentage of stone. In addition, one-way ANOVA on plots with and without saplings shows significant differences (p<0.05) in exchangeable K, cation exchange capacity (CEC) and C/N ratio show, and highly significant differences (p<0.01) in SP. The results also show the significant differences (p<0.05) in exchangeable Mg and EC between Selaginella doederleinii-Euonymus laxiflorus subtype and Daemonorops margaritae-Zanthoxylum scadens subtype. The application of the logistic regression model indicates that four variables, available P, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg and percentage of stone, can be used to discriminate the plots of northern and southern population. The percentage of error count is 7% (only 3 error count estimates). The dummy variables of area index, including 7 variables (i.e., free Mn, exchangeable Ca, CEC, percentage of silt, EC, SP and moisture) in the logistic regression model can be used to distinguish the plots with or without saplings. The percentage of error count is 5% (only 2 error count estimates). |
