中文摘要 | 森林經營區劃乃落實森林生態系經營之首要工作。本研究採用二級河集水區做為生態上之基地單元,利用多變值統計之因素分析,自十二種地文因子中,篩選出地勢陡高強度、植被多樣性強度、地勢曲折起伏強度、地勢單調平坦強度等四種因素,再應用群落分析,利用該四種因素將臺大實驗林林地歸類為一等生產利用類、次等生產利用類、物種豐富類、國土安全警戒類等四類,各佔總面積之3.74%、64.10%、31.94%及0.22%。 為方便落實至經營管理層面,本研究並進一步參照現行森林經營相關法令、規章、政策,以及土地使用現況,將上述一等生產利用類、次等生產利用類林地區劃為「林木經營區」,將國土安全警戒類林地區劃為「國土保安區」,將物種豐富類林地區劃為「森林育樂區」與「自然保護區」。四區各佔臺大實驗林總面積之67.83%、0.22%、9.12%、22.83%。本研究之林地分類與經營區劃方法和成果,可供臺大實驗林執行森林生態系經營之用。 |
英文摘要 | Forest management zoning and forestland classification are essential to forest ecosystem management. This study used watersheds of second order streams as ecological site units. Four principal factors, including the degree of steepness and height of terrain, the degree of vegetation abundance, the ruggedness degree of terrain, and the smoothness degree of terrain, were derived through factor analysis of 12 physiographic variables. Then cluster analysis was applied to these principal factors to divide the lands of experimental forest into four management categories-primary production regions, secondary production regions, species abundance regions, and the security alert regions, which occupy 3.74%, 64.10%, 31.94%, and 0.22% of the total area respectively. According to the related laws, regulations, policies and present land use status, these management regions were categorized into four management zones for the purpose of forest management. These zones include timber production zones (67.83%) comprising primary and secondary production regions, protected zones (0.22%) formed by security alert regions, recreation zones (9.12%) and nature conservation zones (22.83%) made up of species abundance regions. The results and models of the forestland classification and management zoning could be applied in the practice of forest ecosystem management for the Experimental Forest of National Taiwan University. |
