中文摘要 | 本研究係探討臺灣地區木質家具工廠之能源消耗,以計算其二氧化碳排放量與碳素貯藏量。本實驗就A與B木質家具工廠進行調查,將其生產線區分成若平部門,而各部門之能源消費是依據電力控制板之配線使用穩定或非穩定三相AC電流測定儀進行測定。依1998~2000年之資料,A與B木質家具工廠生產單位材積產品之能源消耗各為807.5與567.7kWh/m^3。依臺灣電力公司產生1kWh(度)電會排放的152.5g碳素,相當於549g二氧化碳,則A與B木質家具工廠各會排放碳素量為123.14與86.57kg/m^3,相當於各會排放二氧化碳量為443.3與311.64kg/m^3。當木質家具之木材密度為550kg/m^3時,則A與B木質家具工廠之家具產品各會貯藏碳素量為126.86與163.43kg/m^3,相當於各會貯藏二氧化碳量為456.70與588.35kg/m^3。此實驗結果可供為林產品生命週期評估之基礎。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the energy consumption of furniture industry in Taiwan to calculate the carbon dioxide emitting and quantity of carbon sequestration. Two factories, A and B, were chosen as study objects. Their production lines were divided into several sections according to the layout of electric control panels. The energy consumption was measured in each section by either balanced or unbalanced three-phase AC circuit measurements. According to the two year period data from 1998 through 2000, the unit energy consumption per product volume of the two factories are 807.5 and 567.6kWh/m^3, respectively. The assumption of 152.5g of carbon emission per kWh by Taiwan Power Company, the equivalence to 549g of carbon dioxide, the resulted carbon emission of the two factories are 123.14 and 86.57kg/m^3, respectively, and carbon dioxide emission, the 443.30 and 311.64kg/m^3, respectively. By assuming the wood density used in the study 550kg/m^3, the carbon sequestrations of furniture manufactured by the two factories are 126.83 and 163.43kg/m^3, respectively. The equivalence to carbon dioxide sequestration are 456.70 and 588.35kg/m^3, respectively. The research results could provide as basis of forest product life cycle assessment. |
