中文摘要 | 本研究採用數值模擬方法,建立自然兩流發生在一個充滿多孔性介質的密閉空間所引發之熱傳、質傳現象。為了確保機件操作安全和增強熱傳效率,在垂直壁面上以流動水膜加以覆蓋,亦可以同時致使水的蒸發,產生水的潛熱熱傳和顯熱熱傳,故蒸發和凝結過程為同時發生。為更深入探討蒸發和凝結與多孔性介質間複雜的關係,本研究擬採用Darcy-Brinkman-Forchheimer多孔性介質模式進行分析,加以考慮等熱通量的壁面條件和多孔性介質的孔隙率及滲透率,再利用SIMPLEC數值方法配合TDMA解矩陣方法,以反覆疊代的流程來解統御方程式。另外發展一套求解覆蓋流動水膜蒸發和蒸氣凝結的數值解法。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this project is numerically to investigate a double diffusive natural convection consisting of heat and mass transfer in a rectangular enclosure filled with porous medium. In order to enhance heat transfer rate and protect the parts making sure the reliability of operation of parts, the procedure of using a falling water film to cover the parts is adopted. The occurrence of mass transfer is induced by an evaporation on the left wall and a condensation on the right wall, which enhance the natural convection remarkably. In order to obtain more detail results and mechanisms of working proceses, then the Darcy-Brinkman-Forchheimer and constant porosity models are used and the factors of constant he at flux, porosity and the size of copper heads are taken into consideration. The SIMPLEC and the finite difference methods with iterative processes are adapted to solve the governing equation simultaneously. |
