中文摘要 | 全球運籌整合的環境中,供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management, SCM)廣受企業界的重視。一般供應鏈管理乃指:在分散各處的供應商、製造商、與配銷中心內部以及不同組織間物流與資訊流的管理,其中包含原物料供應者、製造商、加工裝配者、倉儲中心,以及客戶。在諸多不同的組織間透過上下游單位間的協調將會有很大的成本節省空間。本研究指出供應鏈存貨系統之重要性、探究模型建立之考量因素、藉由數學模型建立協商機制、並提出啟發式之解法。模型建構精神在於供應商考量彌補各買方接受供應商提供之補貨週期所引發的成本上升及須滿足其成本節省的要求下,以尋求供應商最低的平均總成本。 |
英文摘要 | It has been advocating that collaboration is an important way for creating win-win relationships among the members in supply chains. In practice, the vendors commonly employ price-discount strategies to attract the buyers' replenishment time to coordinate with the vendors' production cycles. In this paper, we study a supply chain system in which one vendor supplies multiple buyers a product with the same pricing offer. The vendor offers a price-discount scheme to entice the buyers to accept some pre-specified common replenishment epochs. In order to entice the buyer to follow this policy, the price-discount scheme not only compensates the buyers' cost increase in inventory, but also, possible allures the buyers with extra purchase savings. |
