中文摘要 | 本研究就SUNDS DEFIBRATOR之D型實驗解纖機按TMP製漿條件變因及紙張各項 性質之預測變數,以逐步迴歸方法分析各影響因子相互之關係及預測變數顯著影響因子之順 序,期可作為變化製漿條件因子以獲得不同性質用途之需。以14種試材之TMP而言,解纖 溫度、電力消耗量為可相互影響並關係到紙漿纖維束量及纖維長度之因子,而解纖刀間隙之 影響不顯著。紙漿白度僅影響紙張之K/S值(K:吸收係數,S:散射係數)。單獨就闊葉樹材及 針葉樹材而言,闊葉樹材TMP之解纖溫度會影響電力消耗量及細纖維量,而針葉樹材除了電 力消耗量外,也影響纖維束量以及K/S值。解纖刀間隙對細纖維量及白度均有影響。纖維長 度對撕力及細纖維量有顯著之影響,而對紙漿纖維之粗細度則無顯著影響。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of various thermal mechanical pulping (TMP) factors on the paper properties of TMP D-type Sunds Defibrator was used in this study. The experimental results indicated that the defiberizing temperature and power consumption had significant effects on the shive content and fiber length of TMP from 14 different wood species, while the knife clearance had no significant effect. The pulp brightness only had effect on the k/s value (k: absorption coefficient, s: scattering coefficient) of the resultant paper sheets. The defiberizing temperature of TMP from hardwoods had influence on the power consumption and fine content, while in the case of softwoods the power consumption, shives content and k/s value were affected by the defiberizing temperature. Both fine content and brightness were influenced by the knife clearance. Fiber length of each wood species had significant effects on the tear and fine content, but had no effect on fiber coarseness. |
