中文摘要 | 本文一是以伺服馬達之向量控制(磁場導向控制)理論結合適應控制原理去設計並製造一精確、平穩且性能優越之感應馬達驅動系統。雖然利用向量控制理論,可使轉矩與電流之間呈現線性關係。然而在實際應用上,此控制法則很容易由於受控體參數變動的影響,而產生估算誤差,會使受控體之數學模式產生不確定性。為了使系統在各種情況下均有良好的性能,因此本計畫提出以適應性控制原理並具有負載估測器的交流馬達速度控制,有效地自我調適估測參數,再以此去調節控制器參數,以得到高性能之速度響應。最後,在經由模擬結果驗證下,可知其符合高性能及強健性之要求。 |
英文摘要 | A field-oriented controlled induction motor enables decouling control of torque and flux similar to the control of a separately excited DC motor. The conventional field-oriented control method, although simple to implement, is sensitive to plant parameters. Therefore, to solve the problem of performance degration due to parameter variations in a field-oriented controlled induction motor, a robust control scheme is proposed by means of adaptive control theory. First, an efficient approach to estimated the speed of the induction motor is derived. Then, this estimated speed signal is used as the feedback signal in the speed control loop of the induction motor. Meantime, conbined with load estimator is proposed, which self-tuning and provides appropriate compensation the system response. As a result the effectiveness is verified by simulation and experiment. The approach can achieve parameter-insensitive control responses with fast dynamic and robust performance. |
