中文摘要 | 本文以National Instruments公司之Lab-PC+介面卡作為訊號擷取模組,並配合Labview圖控軟體來發展量測監控象統。監控系統架構設定為可同時量測監控油壓缸壓力、射嘴壓力、模穴壓力、以及射出速度等曲線。利用在油壓缸入口外接油壓壓力計,量測到油壓缸壓力的變化曲線,可以得知熔膠在射出時油壓壓力的變化情形。使用Kistler公司所生產的6159A型模穴壓力計來量測模穴內的壓力,了解模穴內的壓力變化與成品品質的關係。 為了研究成型條件對成型性和模穴壓力的影響,利用PC塑膠材料製作厚度0.8mm符合ASTM D638標準的拉伸試片,並配合射出/保壓切換點、模溫、料溫、保壓壓力、保壓時間、充填時間等六種實驗因子加以實驗,得到符合成型標準的試片,經由實驗量測試片在成型過程之模穴壓力曲線,可以得知(1)射出/保壓切換點在越接近模穴充滿時,越容易成型(2)在高科溫和高模溫下,會增加成品的成型性(3)只有適當的保壓壓力、保壓時間與充填時間對成品的成型性才有助益。 |
英文摘要 | Current study establishes a signal catching system and a monitoring system on manufacturing process of a injection molding machine through a Lab-PC interface card and Labview® software. The monitoring system is capable to monitor the manufacturing characteristics synchronously, such as hydraulic pressure, nozzle pressure, cavity pressure in a mold, and injection speed. Measurement of hydraulic pressure at the entrance of a hydraulic cylinder provides pressure variation information during injection molding process. A Kistler 6159A mold cavity pressure gauge is utilized to measure the mold-cavity pressure, as a result, the relation between the pressure variation and quality of product can be understood. The investigation on molding parameters, including mold temperature, melt temperature, packing temperature, packing time, and filling time, is studied through standard tensile specimen. This Polycarbonate (PC) resin specimen, following ASTM D638 standard specification, is utilized to evaluate the influence of molding parameters on part moldability and quality. Confirmed from the experimental results, the favourable factors on part moldability include (l)a closer switch time of filling/packing to fill the mold's cavity fully, (2)a higher melting temperature and mold temperature, (3)a appropriate filling/packing time and packing/holding pressure. |
