中文摘要 | 因應產業升級、工廠自動化趨勢所需,生產線原物料自動補給日益重要,本文研製單晶片控制自走車。自走車可分自動與手動兩種操作模式;自動模式下,自走車聽到哨音或做動訊號,會自動依循以電工膠布既定之路線行走;手動模式下,自走車由操作人員線控行走,以因應生產意外或臨時更改行進路線所需。 自走車使用紅外線感測器CNY70來偵測行進路線,將訊號送至8051單晶片做判斷,單晶片透過電驛開關,決定左、右馬達之鼓動與運轉方向,據以控制自走車之速度、方向等運轉模式,達到自動化之目的。 本文研製之自走車為無人搬運車雛型,經測試其性能可符令需求,限於時間與經費,若感測器可改用超音波測距式,並將馬達之驅動改為無段變速式,將使自走車之運轉更順暢,更符合實際產業需求。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the requirement of factory automation and facility upgrade, raw material or parts automatic supply on line have received great attention. This paper present the implementation of auto-running car base on Micro Computer Single Controller (MCS). There are Auto and Manual two operation modes of the auto-running car. Under Auto operation mode, receiving the start signal from the voice control circuit, the car will be driven following the preset tap route. Under the other Manual operation mode, the car will be driven by wire because of accident or temporary changing cruising route according to production plan. The auto-running car finds the path using CNY 70 infrared rays detector, then sending signal to 8051 microprocessor to make the decision. The microprocessor 8051 will control the voltage and forward / reverse of DC motor by contactor of relay to decide the ON / OFF、speed and direction of auto-running car. Although the auto-running car is prototype only. It's performance match the automation requirement after test. Due to the time and finance constrain, using supersonic distance detector and stepless speed control DC motor in future, the auto-running car can run more smooth and smart. |
