中文摘要 | 二十一世紀是知識經濟時代,知識成為帶動產業發展的主要動力。知識經濟時代以人力為核心,重視人才的培養及持續成長,教育訓練為重要且基本的手段。在知識經濟的觀念中,重視知識的附加價值,注重人力素質對知識創新的影響力及開發學習型產業組織。本研究以休閒農業為研究對象,歸納知識經濟特質,依據休閒農業組織特性,設計擬訂人力資源發展相關題目之調查問卷,進行探索性實證分析。研究結果歸納如下: 1.休閒農業組織培植人才政策計畫會因成立年數及類型別不同而有顯著差異。 2.教育解說人員、農園管理人員及行銷宣傳人員為知識經濟時代休閒農業最關鍵性人力種類。 3.行銷宣傳人員、教育解說人員及活動設計人員為休閒農業未來三年最需要之人力種類。 4.休閒農業所需員工特質,以市場行銷的知識、企劃的能力、行銷的技術、熱忱服務的態度最優先。 5.休閒農業員工教育訓練頻度仍嫌不足。 6.休閒農業對於透過電腦網路取得知識,及在知識整合的執行方面,有偏低的現象。本研究提出下列建議:(一)經營管理實務方面: 1.加強休閒農業組織員工教育訓練 2.鼓勵休閒農業組織員工透過網際網路獲取資訊 3.建立休閒農業組織為學習型組織 4.激發休閒農業組織員工創新 5.培育多元專業人才(二)推廣服務方面: 1.協助經營者培訓專業人才 2.為休閒農業建構完整的知識庫傳播系統 3.促使休閒農業組織與各界交流 4.推廣人員隨時提供諮詢服務。 |
英文摘要 | 21century is in the era of knowledge-based economy. Knowledge is the major force to make industries developing. Human resources is the core in the era of knowledge-based economy. So, the education and training is the most important policy for raising a competent person and keep growing up. In the concept of the knowledge-based economy, in order to emphasize the attachment value of knowledge and the infect human quality of knowledge innovation and develop the learning industry organization. The method of research in this paper is questionnaire survey. The results of this study are as follow: 1.There are distinguished differences in raising the competent person by the items of operating years and farm types of leisure agribusiness. 2.The most important human resources of the leisure agribusiness are the guide and explanation years and farm types of leisure agribusiness. 3.The most desired human resources of the leisure agribusiness are the guide and explanation person, farm manage, and marketing promotion person. 4.The most important characteristics for the staff of the leisure agribusiness are marketing knowledge, planning ability, marketing skills and the enthusiasm attitude of service. 5.The frequency waves of the education and training for the staff should to be improved in the leisure agribusiness. 6.It is incomplete to get the knowledge through the computer Internet and the ability of knowledge immigration and execution in the leisure agribusiness. The suggestions of this study are as follow: 1.To strength the education and training for the staff in the leisure agribusiness. 2.To encourage the staff to get the knowledge through the computer Internet in the leisure agribusiness. 3.To transfer the organizational style to the learning organization in the leisure agribusiness. 4.To promote the staff of leisure agribusiness to innovate. 5.To build the integrated knowledge spread system in the leisure agribusiness. 6.To nourish the multiple professional staff in leisure agribusiness. |
