中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於研究羽球選手四角跑測驗耐力的適當時間研究。研究對象是15名國立體育學院羽球隊男生(水準:全國羽球協會認定之甲組球員),平均年齡20.23±2.04歲,身高169.55±7.80公分,體重66.87±9.73公斤。研究方法為:先在田徑場以十二分鐘跑走測驗為標準測驗,效度變項四角跑測驗,共測驗出2分鐘、3分鐘、4分鐘、5分鐘測驗為預測變項(實地測驗)所跑次數。所得結果: 以連續4分鐘四角移動步法預測12分鐘跑之預測迴歸公式如下: 原始分數迴歸方程式為?=18.493X+755.27 標準分數迴歸方程式為?y=0.749Zx X:四角跑次數 ?:推估12min run 綜合以上的研究結果:優秀羽球選手在四角跑的過程中,其測驗成績與十二分跑之間有顯著相關存在(r=0.06∼0.77)。因此,根據以上資料顯示,建議教練或選手在訓練的過程中,若無儀器或場所時,可以利用上述之方法:四分鐘四角跑的方式,為選手進行測驗,作為評量耐力訓練效果的指標。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the appropriate timing for cross footwork testing, which was a special badminton testing method used for testing players' endurances. Fifteen male players on the badminton team from the National College of Physical education Sports were selected as subjects for this research (Subject qualification: first-division players recognized by the National Badminton Association) The average age of these players are 20.23±2.40, average height: 169.55±7.80, average weight: 66.78±9.73kg. Research method: 1)Employ a 12-minute running test across the field as a standard testing method. 2)Test the number of laps ran in 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, and 5 minutes with the "Cross footwork" method. Original regression equation: ?=18.493X+755.27 Standard regression equation: ?y=0.749Zx X=No. Of times of cross footwork ?=estimated 12min. Results: There was an obvious relation between the player's examination result and the 12 minutes run (r=0.61~0.77), with 4 minutes testing. Therefore, according to the results of this study, it was suggested that during the course of training, coaches or badminton players could use the above technique; 4 minutes cross footwork testing; as the standard evaluation method for training. |
