中文摘要 | 塑膠製品在今日已成為不可或缺的必需品,但隨著經濟的高度發展而提升的生活水準,使得消費者不再滿足於單純的功能,外觀也必須具備美感。因應需求,塑膠成型品的印刷加飾技術遂應運而生。本文除分別以成型時同步加飾與成型後飾的兩類代表性技術—「IMD技術」與「水壓轉寫印刷」探究其技術本質與實質應用外,也舉出其他類似技術加以比較。除了呼應政府提倡「設計產業」與「創新工業」的政策以提升產品附加價值外,也藉此對傳統印刷業界提供另一處新的領域。 |
英文摘要 | Plastics have now become necessities for us. However, accompanying with the rapid growing economy, higher lining standard has made consumers no longer satisfied with a single “Function Usage”. Instead, products have to look aesthetically good as well. As a result, some decorative methods suing printing technology for plastic injection mouldings have been developed to fulfill this demand. Through a study of the techniques themselves and their physical applications, this paper not only explores “IMD Technology” which decorates on injection molding simultaneously, and “Aquagrahics” which decorates by postinjection molding but also compares them with other similar technologies. In addition to respond to the official policy of “Design Industry” “Creative Industry” and to increase products’ value, this study is also expected to create a new field for those traditional printers. |
