中文摘要 | 具有高初導磁率、高磁飽和感應強度之非晶質Ni-Co奈米合金是一種軟磁合金,以化學還原-淬火法製得。合金的製備是以特定比例之鎳鹽與鹽水溶液混合冰浴條件下,逐滴加入硼氫化鉀水之溶液還原而得。 由實驗與計算結果發現,利用化學還原--淬火法所製得之Ni-Co合金屬於奈米級非晶相結構,其粒徑範圍在5nm~50nm,具有高導磁率、高磁飽和感應強度與低磁損等特性,應用在電磁場屏蔽,其屏蔽效率優於一般市售遮蔽織物。 |
英文摘要 | The amorphous Ni-Co nanoalloy with high permeability and magnetic saturation sensitivity was synthesized by a chemical reduction-quench method. The samples were prepared by specific ratio of nickel salts and cobalt salts solution which were added dropwise into an potassium borohydride solution with gentle stirring in a ice-water bath. The results of experiment and calculation proved the amorphous structure of Ni-Co nanoalloy from chemical-reduction method. TEM results showed that particle size distributed over 5-50nm. The characteristics of high permeability, high magnetic saturation sensitivity, and low magnetic loss for the magnetic shielding efficiency were better than other magnetic shielding textiles. |
