中文摘要 | 本文在介紹碳/碳複合材料的各種搭接技術,可分為合金硬焊搭接、石墨形成搭接、擴散鍵結搭接與反應鍵結搭接四種搭接技術。進一步從搭接溫度、搭接剪強度與應用溫度的觀點,評估碳/碳複合材料種搭接技術的可行性與實用性。發以反應鍵結或擴散鍵結搭接碳/碳複合材料最為可行,其中又以鎢與碳的反應鍵結最具可行性與實用性。 |
英文摘要 | Several joining methods have been developed for carbon-carbon composites. They are classified as alloy hrazing, diffusion bonding, graphite formation and reactive-bonding. This paper will evaluate these joining methods of carbon-carbon composites from their joining temperatures, joining strengths and application temperatures, and show that a tungsten and carbon based reactive-bonding system is the most suitable for carbon-carbon composites joining. |
