中文摘要 | 本公司之輸電線大多位於郊區,且部份橫跨荒山野嶺,一旦故障發生及 隔離後,修護人員必須迅速趕往事故現場排除故障,以便儘速恢復供電。因此「嘉 南供電區營運處」委託本所進行研究,目的為利用變電所現有之事故記錄器(Fault Recorder)(通稱為示波器)所記錄之資料,撰寫分析程式來計算出輸電線路故障 點,以協助保線人員儘速修復線路。 本研究已利用Borland C++發展完成使用於視窗環境之中文版「輸電線故障點分析 程式」,並以電磁暫態程式(EMTP)進行模擬測試,測試最大誤差小於線路全長 之2以內。本程式將移請現場單位試用。 |
英文摘要 | The transmission lines of Taipower system are mostlylocated in country and barrens. Should a transmission linefault occur, the worker must go to the scene of the accidentand recover the fault rapidly. So CHIA - NAN electrical powerdistrict office commissions us using the recorded data of faultrecorder to develop a program, which can estimate the faultlocation of transmission line, thus worker can recondition thetransmission line rapidly. We have developed a transmission line fault locationanalysis program under Chinese Windows by Borland C++. Byusing the data of EMTP simulations to test the program, theresults show that the maximum error is below 2. Theprogram will be demonstrated and transfered to the operatorsof different district offices. |
