中文摘要 | 米象(Sitophilus oryzae (L.))以糙米為飼料在27-30℃的生長箱內培養。其卵、幼蟲、蛹及成蟲均在核能研究所加馬照射廠完成照射工作。照射劑量範圍從5到800Gy。經25Gy照射能防止卵發育為成蟲。僅40Gy照射可抑制幼蟲發育。成蟲的不育劑量為80Gy。 |
英文摘要 | The rice weevil (Sitophilus oryzae (L.)) was reared on brown rice in a growth chamber at 27-30°C. The eggs, larvae, pupae, and adults were exposed to gamma radiation in the Institute of Nuclear Energy Research's mega curie Co-60 irradiation plant at dosages ranged from 5 to 800 Gy. A dose of 25 Gy prevented eggs from developing to the adult stage. A dose of 40 Gy was required to prevent larvae from developing. Doses above 80 Gy appeared to produce a sterilizing effect on this species. |
