英文摘要 | Littlewood and Verrall [7] and Xizi [15] have given some limit conditions for the maximum likelihood (ML) estimates to be existent in the JM model and the Geometric De-eutrophication model. In this paper, we discuss the asymptotic properties of the existence of the ML estimators in the JM model and the Geometric De-eutrophication model. When the ML estimates do not exist or the ML estimates exist but unreasonable, we also propose a modified method for estimation. A Monte Carlo study shows that the proposed estimators behave satisfactorily. |
