中文摘要 | 長久以來,有關教師的教學與學生的學習,幾乎都是從心理學的取向來進行研究。在此取向下,教師將教學理論及學習理論運用於教學情境中,而一般研究教學領域的學者也似乎較重視教師人格、行為與態度之研究,以期了解優良教師的品質與教學時教師需要哪些特質才能吸引學生的學習,及如何激發學生的學習以提昇教學的效能,似乎較忽略教學哲學的取向。其中,當然很少思索如何經由教學活動讓學生形成美感經驗,如何使教學更具藝術。於是,在此思考脈絡下,本文之目的旨在將孔子的教學精神轉化為一種教學藝術'以探究其實踐於教育活動中的可行性。希冀經由本文對孔子教學藝術精神的闡釋,能使教師在從事教學工作時,不僅使其教學成為有效的教學,也能將其教學轉化為一種教學藝術,美感化整個教學活動。 |
英文摘要 | Teaching as well as learning has been researched in the approach of psychology for a long time. Under the approach, teachers pay attention to the application of teaching theories and learning theories, and researchers emphasize the studies of personality, behavior and attitude for better understanding the character of excellent teachers. In addition, the psychological approach focuses on understanding how to stimulate the learning of students to promote learning effectiveness, and don't care much about the teaching art. Under the context, this essay aims at exploring the ideas of teaching art of Confucius, and providing some suggestions for improving contemporary instruction. |
