中文摘要 | 本研究以知識管理的分享觀念,透過建置非同步學習教學網站,來探索南部某技術學院師生對此教學網站之態度。教師皆認為本網站需與其他相關網站做連結以增強學習功能,而使用本網站之教師認為,此網站之建置可提高學校競爭力,而教師不使用網站的原因是認為智慧財產權不易受保護。在學生方面則認為網站的資訊交流與分享最能滿足他們學習的需求,而網站的繳交作業及成績查詢功能,可提供學生最為方便的學習管道。 |
英文摘要 | This research is based on the concepts of "sharing" in knowledge management through an asynchronous learning website for studying the attitude of teachers and students in an institute of technology in southern Taiwan. Teachers think the learning website should link with other academic websites to enforce research and learning function. Teachers who use asynchronous learning websites think the system can promote schools' competitive advantage. And teachers who don't use this system worry about the intellectual property rights. The students think this system can fulfill their learning needs in information communication and sharing. The function of grade-checking and assignment-submitting is recognized as the most convenient learning channels by students. |
