中文摘要 | 無形且難以預測特質的知識,存在於人們的內心思想中,存在於文件與儲存系統中,也蘊涵在日常例行工作、過程、執行與規範當中,是最不容易且最需要系統化管理的科學。簡單的說,知識管理就是如何將未經整理之know-how轉變成為有價值、有系統且可以重複應用之知識及智慧,經由學習的過程中從事創新,其特質乃在於不斷學習、 交換意見並創造新價值。利用此一系統化的管理方式,可應用於原始資料轉換為資訊、知識、智慧之間的關係。更由於近年來,電腦和資訊處理系統日新月易的進步、龐大的貯藏能力與複雜且精準的處理速度,使得知識得以大規模地植入電腦系統中,無涯的知識頓時成為可即時取得的資料。 本研究為應用知識管理理念來探討資料分類之架構,並將相關營建類資料結合人類邏輯思考模式進行分類,同時將近十年來營建自動化成果資訊加以彙整及分析,藉由本文所提新分類架構來探討資料的儲存及搜尋過程,希望改善傳統架構在單一路徑搜尋時常遇到之問題。同時,本文從對知識管理概念上的認知及評估過去營建類相關資料彙整架構,進而提出一新分類架構以簡單、明確化來傳遞給使用收尋者,減少搜尋資料中常遇到之錯誤情形,有助於使用者在分類搜尋時之觀念判別與搜尋效益。 |
英文摘要 | Civil engineers are engaged in a global competition for resources, knowledge, and information with other nations all over the world. For this reason, the engineer will need a comprehensive understanding of knowledge management to achieve higher level of productivity and effectiveness. Knowledge is formulated in the minds of individuals through experience and also shared between groups and communities through shared experience and through the transfer to knowledge, both tacitly and explicitly. In fact, people learn, naturally, all the time. Moreover, Knowledge Management (KM) is the process of capturing the knowledge, including and especially that which resides in the heads of people, organizing it in a way that makes it readily usable and ensuring that it is shared. Construction projects inevitably generate enormous and complex sets of data and information. Effectively managing this bulk of information to ensure its availability and accuracy is an important managerial task. With better information, the problem could have been identified earlier, so that alternative suppliers might have been located or schedules arranged. The research analyzes information in classified structure by knowledge management; it also develops and reorganizes the outcomes of construction automation within ten years as well as categorizing the related information to human logical thinking. To discuss the information storage and its process in this research, it is expected to resolve traditional structural problems of information search. It applies to transfer the information to knowledge and allow the knowledge to become intelligence. Therefore, the ideas of knowledge management and related information estimation were reorganized important to construction automation in the past. Therefore, to have a comprehensive overview about how to apply the concept of Knowledge Management on the construction industry within this decade in this study, several issues were selected and discussed through construction automation data. |
