英文摘要 | This research is focused on the frequency stabilization of the semiconductor diode lasers with micro-lens. Since the beam of Micro-Lens laser is nearly circular and has a small linewidth, it can be easily used in small space. By employing the resonant modes of the Fabry-Perot cavity to lock the laser frequency, the frequency can be easily stabilized. After the stabilization steps, the wavelength of the laser varies 0.0008 nm during 16 hours. |
