英文摘要 | In an attempt to reduce the cost, the energy conversion of most traditional electric rolling doors is mainly based on a direct current brush motor and its drive. However, the power of the motor cannot be effectively increased due to its low efficiency. Thus, the more advanced electric rolling doors use, instead, a brushless direct motor and its compatible drive. Given that the latter's current price is still high, this paper proposes a simple switched reluctance drive. Under low speed and high load, one of the phase voltages is advancedly shifted 15° relative to one of the rotor poles while the voltage vector next to this phase is advancedly shifted 30° relative to the corresponding rotor pole. The two phases are then simultaneously excited and are controlled using a dc-link current modulation during each commutation cycle. As for light loads, only the single phase voltage is advancedly shifted 30° relative to the corresponding rotor pole, excited, and controlled, to achieve the required speed using dc-link current modulation during the same commutation cycle. Experimental results of the phase currents, the phase voltages, the dc-link current, and the speed are exhibited. |
