中文摘要 | 摘要:本研究從國立中興大學農機系之循環水養殖系統生物濾床,篩得Aspergillus niger,探討A. niger 對不同單基質與混合基質利用特性。在不同單基質之氮源消耗速率分析結果,高濃高的NH4+消耗速率為0.96mg/L/hr;對NO2-消耗速率為0.49mg/L/hr。對SG-NH4、BG-NO2與合成奶粉三種混合基質之氮源比消耗速率分析結果,在高濃度分別為銨氮0.107g-N/g-cell/day;亞硝酸態氮0.0196g-N/g-cell/day;蛋白質氮0.0964g-N/g-cell/day。計算分析三種混合基質之氮源對氮源比消耗速率百分比結果,在高濃度氮基質之源比消耗速百比分析結果,銨氮為47.98%,亞硝酸態氮為8.79%,蛋白質氮則為43.23%。 本研究結果顯示,A. niger除了可以個別對亞硝酸、銨與蛋白質之氮源消耗外,亦可同時消耗混合基質之氮源,本研究結果可應用於生物反應器之設計參考。 |
英文摘要 | Aspergillus niger isolated from the biofilter of the aquaculture system in department of Agriculture Machinery Engineering, in national Chung-Hsing Universtiy Taiwan. In this research, the goal is discussing the filamentous fungal consumption rate of single and mixture nitrogen sources. In single of nitrogen source at high concentration of substrate, the consumption rate of A. niger for NH4+ is 0.96 mg/L/hr; for NO2- is 0.49 mg/L/hr. In mixture of three style of nitrogen sources at high concentration substrate, the specific consumption rate of ammonium is 0.107 g-N/g-cell/day; nitrite is 0.0196 g-N/g-cell/day and protein is 0.0964 g-N/g-cell/day. The further analysis of mixture media is about the percentage of nitrogen and specific consumption rate. There are three mixture media of BG-NO2, SG-NH4 and artificial milk. The percentage of high concentration nitrogen source to the consumption rate of total nitrogen source are 8.79% for nitrite, 47.98% for ammonium and 43.23% for protein. The nitrogen sources of nitrite, ammonium and protein not only can be consumed separately but also simultaneously by A. niger. This information can be supported to the use of bio-reactor. |
