中文摘要 | 本研究主要針對Cheng et al(2000)以模糊數排序法評選武器系統及Cheng et al (2001)以可拓評判識別評選武器系統等兩種方法,經比較後本文嘗試以灰色局勢決策法評估武器系統,在個案研究上,以前例提出的三種反裝甲武器系統實例評選的過程,研究結果顯示,其排序與Cheng et al (2000,2001 )所獲得的結果相同一致,因此藉由灰色局勢決策法可以更簡單、容易獲得最佳武器系統的評選,同時也可以做為決策者在武器評選時的參考。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, it's necessary to evaluate weapon systems which is used ranking fuzzy number and to select weapon systems which is used extensible evaluation and identification method. In comparision between Lu Kuo-chung(1998) and Chang cheng-te(1999). that is, we attempted to present grey situation decision making method to evaluate weapon systems, For practical application, we structure a practical example of evaluating anti-tank weapon systems to illustrate our propose method. The estimated result shows to rank and grey situation decision has more value. Making method not only can be developed but also can be applied. to the acquisition of selecting weapon systems by decision maker. |
