中文摘要 | 在本研究中,我們提出一個完整的電火工品可靠度分析過程,期望以失效時間或衰變量來推估產品的壽命,以取代傳統引爆所得之二元數據。為了在研究初期對電火工品的衰退過程有所了解,我們將先採用較小規模的先期實驗,探索出所需要的資訊及在主實驗階段中可能遭遇的問題。因此,我們提出一個新的實驗方法¬-調適性逐步應力加速實驗 (adaptive step-stress experiment),來進行一個先期實驗。本文的主要目的為對調適性逐步應力加速實驗做一個簡單的介紹,並透過先期實驗中所收集到的資料,起由統計分析的結果,以便提出對下次主實驗的一些建議,更考慮在零失效數據下,採用貝氏分析,以解決無法推估壽期的問題。 |
英文摘要 | In this research project, we present a complete analysis procedure of reliability for electro-explosive devices (EED). In addition to classical dichotomous data analysis with either “Go” or “No Go” data, we expect to use failure time data and degradation measurement to estimate the lifetime distribution of EED. The latter two types of observations are obtained from a new nondestructive testing technology - thermal transient test. In the first stage of the study, a small-scale pilot experiment is conducted to explore some basic information, so a new experimental design - adaptive step-stress experiment, is proposed, which incorporates characters of step-stress designs and adaptive designs. In this article, the adaptive step-stress experiment is introduced and its basic properties are explored. Through statistical analyses of the data collected in the pilot experiment, which includes a Bayesian analysis for zero-failure data, some suggestions are given for the main experiment. |
