中文摘要 | 本研究之目的是:(一)調查臺灣地區學前特殊教育工作者之背景。(二)了解並分析不同背景之學前特殊教育工作者對評鑑項目之看法。(三)分析學前特殊教育工作者對評鑑項目與相關因素之意見並比較其不同。 本研究採用文獻研究法與問卷調查法,蒐集中外文獻資料,並以問卷收集學前特教工作者針對評鑑項目之看法。 本研究發現,目前從事學前特殊教育工作者背景不一,但對評鑑之項目看法頗為一致,評鑑項目則分為轉介、評量、課程設計與環境、安置與教室內評估、家長參與、提供家庭服務、人員資格與進修、人員評鑑、行政與社區資源統整等九大方面。 |
英文摘要 | The study try to (1) investigate the background of early childhood special educators in Taiwan area; (2) understand and analyze the early childhood special educators' opinions about program evaluation; (3) analyze the opinions of educators with different position about the evaluation items. A questionnaire was sent out to 336 educators including administrators, special education experts, special educators and parents. The return rate was 76.8%. The results from the return questionnaire indicate the followings: 1.More than 50% educators except parents received some training in special education. 2.More than 60% teachers' teaching experience in special education is less than 2 years. 3.All educators and parents hold the same opinions toward evaluation items. 4.There are nine directions of evaluation items for early childhood special education class: Referral, assessment, curriculum design and environment, placement and evaluation, parent involvement, staff development, service to parents, program evaluation, administrator support and resource coordination. |
