中文摘要 | 本研究以訪談和文獻分析方式,探討跨專業團隊評估模式應用於早期療育時,專業人員之合作與溝通問題。研究者訪談十一位參與評估的專業人員,深入了解其對專業人員間的溝通以之整個模式運作方面的看法與意見。 研究結果發現:(1)專業人員間的溝通合作是模式運作的重要關鍵;(2)跨專業團隊評估中採一人主導評估,因此角色釋放相當重要,主導者需要對兒童整體發展非常了解;(3)參與評估前應該有更完整的個案資料,加強專業人員間的溝通,需要更落實後續追蹤部分。 本研究並依研究結果對早期療育相關人員培育機構、各縣市政府發展遲緩兒童通報暨轉介中心提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The study try to understand and analyze the model of transdisciplinary assessment in early intervention, especially in communication style and concept about cooperation. The researcher collected data by interviewing 11 members of the trasdisciplinary team. The study find: (1)the communication among the team members is the key to the success of team work; (2)in arena assessment, the leader is the key person who should hold the concept in related areas; (3)the team members held positive attitude toward transdisciplinary model; (4)giving more detailed information about the case, improving communication opportunities for team members and coutinuing follow-up will contribute directly to improvements of the model. The suggestions according to the research outcomes are given to the universities, government organizations and programs that providing early intervention services. |
