中文摘要 | 一般工廠在執行製程減廢及清潔生產方面,往往因害怕可能會對產品品質產生負面影響,因此配合意願不太。依據紡織中心多年來輔導染整業者從事製程減廢之經驗,一般染整業多從一次對色率方面著手改善。這大方正向是對的,但除此之外,應在配合原物料應用及製程條件合理化,方能穫得顯著改善效益。其中設備合適性及自動化更扮演著重要角色。本文在協助廠商從基礎資料中,導入製程減廢手法,檢示原物科適用合理性、藥劑配方合理性、製程條件合理性及應用適切性,以期望落實清潔生產技術之應用,達成環境管理系統建置之目的。 |
英文摘要 | In general, the dyeing and finishing mills show little interest in waste minimization and cleaner production method to adopt, because they fear of the process change may have negative effects on products. According to our experiences (China Textile Institute) , they establish the waste minimization and cleaner production with improved "one time right" for dying color shade, that the direction for technology improvement is correct. In addition, to combine with optimization of raw material and processing conditions, the mills can obtain the best improvement. The equipment selection and automation also playa more important role. In this paper we will discuss how to use the factory's base information to understand the company's technology containing recheck application of raw material, recipe formula and process equipments where we can help them to set the action plan for cleaner production and to improve their environmental achievement. |
