中文摘要 | 二十一世紀是一個全球化的時代,也是一個資訊的社會,面對變遷快速的社會,人類必將面臨新的挑戰,要因應這種挑戰,世界各地正風起雲湧地展開一場寧靜的「學習革命」,也就是在學習的觀念與方式上,要求做快速、有效、簡單、有趣以及終身的學習。 國家做為國際社會之一份子,無法自外於全球化趨勢及其影響,而成人教育為個人或社會發展的實體活動領域,應對於全球化的個人及社會有所回應。本文從全球化趨勢的內涵論起,再從全球化的本質析論成人教育工作的內涵與實際,當有助於成人教育意涵的再建構與定位,使其符應未來社會發展實際所需。 |
英文摘要 | The twenty-first century is an era of globalization as well as a society of information. Facing the rapid changing society, mankind is to encounter new challenges. To cope with such challenges, a calm "learning revolution" is unfolding overwhelmingly over the world, whereof efficient, effective, simplified, interesting and life-long learning is required in learning concepts and approaches. A nation, being a part of the international society, cannot exclude itself from the globalization tendency and its influence. Adult education is the substantive activity domain in the development of individual or society, which should echo with the individual and societal globalization. This context begins with the definition and contents of globalization tendency; then, from the nature of globalization, analyzes the definition and contents and the substantiality of adult education task, which contributes to reconstructing and defining the meaning of adult education, and to making it comply with the actual need in future societal development. |
