| 中文摘要 | 自從前教育部長曾志朗於民國八十九年推動「全國兒童閱讀運動」後,全國各國小、媒體、出版社、政府相關機構與圖書館,開始如火如荼的展開一連串的活動。本文從閱讀的內涵、閱讀指導策略、國小兒童閱讀行為、國外兒童閱讀推廣活動、國內小學、政府機構與民間團體所實施之閱讀活動,來瞭解現今的國小閱讀活動,並依據研究者對臺中市縣28所國小師生所做的問卷調查,來檢討閱讀活動推展以來國小教師與學生的反應,並對學校、家庭與學校圖書館等三方面提出日後繼續推廣閱讀活動之建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | Ovid Tseng, former Minister of Education, launched a nation-wide children's reading campaign to encourage reading among elementary school students in the year of 2000. It was jointly promoted by many organizations ranging from elementary schools, government agencies, corporations and bookstores to publishers, websites and media channels. This campaign have promoted effectively activities aimed at encouraging children to read. In this paper, the body of literature on the reading content, the strategies of reading guide, the reading behavior of elementary school students, the reading activities of world and the reading promotion activities in Taiwan was reviewed. To understand the teachers' and students' response of the current reading campaign in Taiwan, the investigator examined the school teachers and students of 28 elementary schools selected from both Taichung city and Taichung county. A questionnaire was implemented by the investigator. At last, the investigator provided suggestions from different perspectives for the school, the family, and the school library to continuously promote reading activities. |
