中文摘要 | 本研究旨在了解臺中市教學與評量改進班的實施成效,做為推動小班教學的參考。研究對象包括臺中市五所設置教評班學校中的四所,採用焦點團體訪談方法,分別訪談教評班教師、學生家長、和校長。訪談資料分析後,獲得如下結論: (一)教評班的辦理源自於嚮往人本教育理念的家長之要求。 (二)教評班的四大訴求中,親師合作普受認同,以多元評量取代密集考試也有共識,教師自己對專業自主有所保留,不體罰能否做到,則教師、家長、和校長都仍存疑。 (三)教評班教師的教學大都有新觀念和新作法,包括:設計學習單、實施戶外教學、加強親師合作、重視討論和發表、建立親密師生關係等。 (四)教評班家長大多不想給孩子讀書壓力,希望孩子自由發揮,快樂健康的成長;對親師合作積極參與,但不干預教師專業自主。 (五)教評班學生表現較普通班學生活潑、勇於表現、富創造力、有自信、有應變能力,但常規秩序較差。 (六)小班教學推動,需要政府有明確堅定的政府,強有力的行政支援,廣泛的宣傳,克服困難的決心;然後辦理教師研習,溝通教師理念,辦理家長說明會,讓家長了解配合,才可望成功。 根據以上述結論,為推動教育改革,本研究提出以下建議: 1.政府與民間攜手合作。 2.激發校長的教改理念和辦學熱忱。 3.提升教師的專業知能和改革意願。 4.發揮師資培育機構的職前教育和在職輔導功能。 5.溝通導正家長的教育觀念。 6.落實兒童的學習權。 |
英文摘要 | This study focused on "the Class of New Teaching and Evaluation (CNTE)" in Taichung. The purpose was to analyze the effects of CNTE in order to decide whether to have more small size class. The subject of this study included teachers and parents of CNTE, and the principles of the elementary school with CNTE. The data was collected by focus group interviews. The conclusions were as follows: 1.The CNTE was asked by the parents of humanism. 2.Two of the four main points of CNTE were supported including "cooperation between parents and teachers "and" multiple evaluation", while "professional autonomy of teacher" was not confirmed by the teachers, and " without corporal punishment" was not believed by teachers, parent and principles. 3.Teachers of CNTE usually had new ideas and methods on teaching including: the use of learning sheets, the teaching of outside classroom, the cooperation with parents, more discussion and presentation, and close relationship with students. 4.The parents who expected their children learning without pressure, growing with happy and healthy, sent their children to CNTE. They actively cooperated with the teacher, but not interfere the professional autonomy of the teacher. 5.The performance of the students of CNTE was more active, more expressive, more creative, more flexible, and more self-confident, in comparison of the students of general class. 6.The following works necessary when the government decided to implement an educational innovation: making clear policy, giving strong administrative support, expressing absolute resolution, and then communicating the ideas to the teachers and parents by successive meetings. According to the conclusions, there were suggestions for the fulfillment of educational innovation: 1.To form cooperation between the government and the people. 2.To encourage the principle of school to generate innovative ideas on education. 3.To help the teacher improve their teaching skills and willing of innovatioin. 4.To ask teachers college doing good job in both the preservice and inservice education of teacher. 5.To help parents change their traditional idea on children eduction. 6.To protect the children's right of learning. |
