中文摘要 | 本研究首先瞭解影響新世紀學校行政領導的背景因素;其次,探討新世紀學學行政領導的重要發展趨勢;復次,分析新世紀學校行政領導的主要概念內涵;再次,試擬新世紀學校行政領導的概念架構模式;最後,根據前述理論探討之結果,抽譯其精要,作為實際調查研究之理論基礎,再參酌學者專家之建議,編製「新世紀學校行政領導理想概念內涵之研究問卷」,並以教育行政人員、學校行政人員與國民小學教師為抽樣對象,進行實證問卷調查,俾瞭解我國教育人員對新世紀學校行政領導我國教育人員對新世紀學校行政領導內涵之感受情形,同時探討其對學校行政領導「組織現況」與「個人期望」之知覺狀況,並分析其間之差異情形。根據上述研究結果發現,本研究分從學校行政領導思想觀念、基本素養、專業知能及行能策略等四個方向,提出具體可行之建議,以供學校行政理論建構及實際運作之參考。 一、在學校行政領導思想觀念方面 (一)掌握社會變遷脈動,培養終身學習態度。 (二)培養整全系統思維,具備科際整合洞視。 (三)秉持人文關懷態度,發揮行政哲學理念。 二、在學校行政領導基本素養方面 (一)應用現代資訊科技,做好知識管理工作。 (二)妥慎管理時間情緒,調整自我心理模式。 (三)存養危機公關能力,有效解決各類問題。 三、在學校行政領導專業知能方面 (一)配合課程教學趨勢,具體執行教育政策。 (二)重視民主溝通協調,鼓勵同仁參與決策。 (三)強化變革領導團隊,有效推動校務發展。 四、在學校行政領導行動策略方面 (一)學校組織目標明確化,行政作業方式彈性化。 (二)學校運作流程透明化,行政業務程序精簡化。 (三)學校行政領導人本化,行政服務品質精緻化。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to investigate the background factors which influence school administrative leadership, to analyze basic concepts of school administrative leadership for the new era, to establish an ideal concepts model of school administrative leadership for the new century. According to above research results, this study will provide some available, foresighted suggestions as the reference framework for improving the effectiveness of school administrative leadership. Literature review and questionnaire survey were conducted in this study. The sample consisted of 1615 public elementary school educators in the middle of Taiwan with 1408 feedback data, the percentage being 87%, and with 1336 valid feedback data, the percentage being 83%. The instrument of this study is "questionnaire on the study of ideal concepts model construction of school administrative leadership for the new century". The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Based on the research results, suggestions for school administration agencies and school teachers were proposed. .Ideal concepts of school administrative leadership 1.Mastering social change trends and cultivating the attitude of lifelong learning. 2.Cultivating holistic system thinking and having interdisciplinary insights. 3.Enhancing the attitude of human concern and constructing the idea of administrative philosophy. .Basic literacy of school administrative leadership 1.Appling modern information technology and promoting the abilities of knowledge management. 2.Managing time and emotion effectively and adapting self-mental model. 3.Cultivating the abilities of crisis public relation and upgrading the capability of problem solving. .Professional knowledge of school administrative leadership 1.Matching the main trends of curriculum reform and implementing educational policy effectively. 2.Emphasizing democratic communication process and encouraging colleague to participate school affairs. 3.Strengthening leading change team and promoting the development of school affairs. .Action strategies of school administrative leadership 1.Clarifing the goal of school organization and vapolizing administrative operation process. 2.Opening school operation process and downsizing administrative work procedure. 3.Enhancing human-centered school administrative leadership and promoting the quality of administrative service. |
