中文摘要 | 國內模具業因技術水準提昇、加工設備精良、若能借助我國網路建設的良好基礎,配合企業間電子化發展,突破地域與時的限制,必能成為全球模具曘大供應中心之一,有見於址,推展模具業e化是有其必要性。 將以往所建立模具設計技術與經驗,透過膧子化流程分析的手術,以產品(設計)資料管理系統(Product Data Management)與CAD軟體為平臺,整合漸壓設計知識管理系統、沖壓標準零件庫,使設計、裂造過程中所不斷衍生的資料,能分門別類的加以控管,使得設計經盲得以記錄、累積。並因資料集中管理,使其他工程人員輕易共享,充份應用,掌握已有的資料,達到協同設計的目標,提昇模具設計生產力及競爭力。 |
英文摘要 | The manufacturing technologies and equipments of mold/die industry have been achieved the excellent level in Taiwan. With assistance of internet technology, Taiwan can surely become one of the largest mold/die supply center worldwide within short time. How to build e-commerce environment for mold/die industry turns to be imperative. The knowledge management is one of the biggest issues of e-commerce. After analyzing the enterprise operation process, PDM (Product Data Management) system can assist the enterprise accumulate the technologies and experiences of design. This paper describes how to integrate the press die design knowledge and standard parts database to manage the data produced in proper classification during design process. The enterprise can surely improve its competitivity and productivity from sharing the useful knowledge. |
