| 中文摘要 | 船舶於寬闊水域箿 行,因可運轉空盼未受限制,在進行船舶避讓行動時,本船可及早採取避讓行動,使他船得知本船的動向,不致生產互相衝突的避讓行為;但在近港水域,因水深變小,船舶在運轉時較不靈活,加上可航行的空間受到限制,更使船舶操縱困難。若無規劃良好的分道航行制度,對於船上的航海員及引水人,將是極大的挑戰。 因此,本研究的主要目的是透過操船模擬實驗來分析近港水域內分道航行制度的航行空間安全性評估,提高船舶於近港水域內的航行安全,以增加船舶行為之決策判斷時間及準確度,降低人為因素所導致的船舶交通事故,並使船舶航行空間的安全評個作更易執行。因此緣關係,本研究擬以基隆港的個案研究作為探討的對象。 |
| 英文摘要 | In open sea, the ship maneuverable space was unrestrained. If a ship wants to avoid collision, she must alter course early. Others can understand ships’ action, as soon as possible so as to the conflict of collision-avoidance action can be avoided; but in harbors approach, navigation is difficult because of limitation of water depth and traffic space. If there’s no precise Traffic separation Scheme (TSS) for ship is established, mariners and pilots will suffer enormity challenge. So, the purpose of research is to evaluate the safety of ship navigation space in TSS for ship’s harbor approach, by way of the ship simulation. The goal of research can enhance navigation safety, increase accuracy of the decision in mariner’s navigating behavior, reduce traffic accident resulting from human error, and easy evaluate safety of ship navigation space. Owing to authors working at Keelung, the research focuses on ship maneuverability Keelung port. |
