英文摘要 | The medical environment has changed rapidly, due improvements in economics, social culture, and med ical technology. The nursing manager's authority, responsibility and role function have become complex in the hospital. Nursing managers play a critical management role because they can influence the health care organization's success. Scholars all over the world believe good or bad managerial performance depends on the manager's competency, and not his or her characteristics. So, wheth er a manager possesses capable management skills or not is very important. This arti cle introduce the implications of nursing mangagerial competency, the nursing manager's role, Mintzberg Ten Role Model Theory, how to improve nursing manager competency, and how to become an excellent leader. |
