中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討產蛋菜鴨對羥丁胺酸之需要量,並測定飼糧羥丁胺酸含量對 鴨隻之產蛋性能、血漿與蛋中羥丁胺酸濃度及繁殖能之影響。試驗以玉米-大豆粕為主之粉 狀基礎飼糧,含羥丁胺酸0.50%,再逐級添加L-羥丁胺酸0、0.10、0.20、0.30、0.40及0.50%。 各處理組飼糧之粗蛋白質均為17.03%,代謝能為2755 kcal/kg。試驗為期20週(30~49週 齡)。試驗結果顯示,飼糧羥丁胺酸含量,對產蛋菜鴨之蛋重及體重變化之影響並無顯著差 異。飼料利用效率以飼糧羥丁胺酸0.50%處理組顯著低於其餘處理組。產蛋率則以飼糧羥丁 胺酸0.50%與0.6%處理組顯著低於其於處理組(P<0.05),以曲棍法分析求得產蛋及飼料利用 效率所需之最低飼糧羥丁胺酸含量分別為0.68%與0.77%。在受精率及孵化率方面,各處理 組間皆無顯著差異。血漿中羥丁胺酸濃度隨飼糧羥丁胺酸含量之提高而上昇,以羥丁胺酸 0.50%與0.60%處理組顯著地較其餘處理組為低(P<0.005)。蛋中之羥丁胺酸含量各處理組間 均無顯著差異。由上述試驗結果推薦產蛋菜鴨維持產蛋與飼料利用效率所需之最低飼糧羥丁 胺酸含量介於0.68%~0.77%。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to determine the threonine requirement of laying Tsaiya duck. Corn-soybean basal diet containing CP 17%, ME 2,750 kcal/kg, Ca 3.0%, available phosphorus 0.49%, threonine 0.50% was used. Graded levels of L-threonine at 0, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30, 0.40 and 0.50% were added to the basal diets. Sixty Tsaiya ducks in triplicates pertreatment (6♂+ 54♀) were used in this experiment for 20 weeks from 30 to 49 weeks of age. The results indicated that egg weight and body wieght changes were not significantly different among the treatments. Feed efficiency was significantly improved in 0.70% and 0.80% treatments as compared with 0.50% treatment. The diet containing more than 0.70% threonine had better egg production than the other treatments (P<0.05) except that group with 0.80% threonine. The levels of threonine for the best egg production and feed efficiency were 0.68% and 0.77%, respectively according to the broken line analysis. The fertility and hatchability were not significantly different among treatments. The concentration of plasma threonine tended to increase as the dietary threonine levels were increased. The contents of threonine in egg were not significantly different among treatments. |
